There are 2 ways you can control whether your live chat is online or offline.

1. In your Live Chat Console, you'll see a toggle called "I'm Available" in the upper right corner. If you're the only configured agent, when you go offline, the tab will go offline as well and vice versa. Be aware, for accounts with multiple agents, every agent must be offline for the chat to go offline on your site.

2. You can also control the tab availability using the Online Schedule. This is the simplest way to set up regular office hours like Monday through Friday 8 AM until 6 PM. This way, you can still receive mobile and email notifications of new chats if you're not on the website, but know that the chat will automatically go offline for the times you have scheduled.
Absolutely! In addition to browser push and email notifications, we also support mobile push notifications using Pushover. You receive a push notification for every incoming chat and simply click a link to chat right from your mobile phone.

Simply go to your Agent settings page and under the Notifications section, enable live chat push notifications. Then copy your Pushover key that you receive once you sign up into the Pushover User Key field on our end and click save.

Choose which social networks you'd like to promote and enable or disable them on your social settings and cart saver widget here.
Just select the type of widget you'd like here and customize language and defaults. You can mix and match different widgets for different pages on your site.
The offer is where you decide which coupon codes you want to apply to a widget once a user likes or follows you in the Social Offers Widget. The offer is also used in the Shopping Cart Saver to entice visitors to complete their checkout on your checkout page. The Email LIst Builder widget does not require an offer.
Your WordPress Widget key is located under Widgets --> your widget name --> General tab. Use this Key where prompted in the WordPress plugin settings.
Yes! You have the ability to configure each text field with your own language in the widget and offers you create. Simply create a new widget and offer for each language and localize based on country. We are working on locale specific translations, so if you need help, shoot us an email.
