to route to. Any team member on that channel can see the chat requests arrive. You simply click on the incoming chat request to
open a dedicated channel to that specific chat.
Next, you copy a 1-line code snippet we generate to include on your site. You can also
use our WordPress, Bigcommerce, Shopify, and Wix plugins to integrate into your website as well.
Your entire team can use the chat (no maximum agent limits with our integration) and you're ready to go. We also
support Slack slash commands for taking your chat offline and ending conversations.
