How to connect GetProspect

Sign in to Social Intents, open Integrations, and copy your REST API Token from the Zapier tab.

In Zapier, search for Social Intents and connect it using that token as the API key.

Choose a trigger: a completed chat, a missed chat, an offline message, or a new lead.

Choose GetProspect as the action app and authorise your GetProspect account.

Map the chat fields you want to keep, such as visitor name, email, phone, and the full transcript.
