Social Intents supports WhatsApp Business and SMS (via Twilio) as inbound and outbound messaging channels. Customers can reach your team from their preferred messaging app, and conversations flow into your connected platform (Slack, Teams, Google Chat, or the web inbox) just like website chats.

WhatsApp Business

The WhatsApp integration uses the Meta Cloud API to receive and send messages through your WhatsApp Business number. Conversations appear in your team platform and inbox with full support for AI chatbot responses, media sharing, message templates, and multi-number routing.

SMS via Twilio

SMS integration uses Twilio to receive and send text messages. Customers text your Twilio phone number, and messages are routed to your team platform.
