| Custom domain | $199 / month | For the embed script, iframe or shareable link. |
| Extra team member | $25 / month | Per member above the plan limit. |

Credits
How message credits work
Credits are the meter behind every Chatbase plan.
Each AI reply uses credits
Every message your AI agent sends draws down the monthly credit pool for your workspace.
Monthly reset, no rollover
Unused credits do not carry over. Running out mid-month means buying more or waiting for the reset.
Top-ups cost extra
Recurring packs are $15 per 1,000. Auto-recharge is $40 per 1,000 when your balance drops.
Members are capped
Hobby has 2, Basic 3 and Business 5. Each extra member is $25 a month.
